I don't call that 'nosey'. There are a lot of people....me being one of them that frequent the place. Knowing it ahead of time saves time.

Hot is not hot enough, they gotta be the "hot dayum" kind so I sometimes add extra hot sauce and cayenne pepper. Spicy both going in and coming out if ya know what I mean.
There is a personal family problem going on with the owners. Perhaps it will reopen at a later date. We all have rocky times at one time or another. I guess it's their time. Let's hope for the best possible outcome.
