Yes, but I also disagree with mandatory healthcare and suppression of the ability for businesses to make decisions on their own, which can be seen through Santabarbara's push of the BPA ban and his siding with the majority in demanding that restaurants update their menus for those lazy enough to not figure out that it's not good for you to go to a fast food restaurant and eat.
what are you talking about, Santabarbara passed the law to prevent BPA in bottles for kids, that has nothing to do with the other. It causes issues for kids when they are developing |

oh....and the NANNY tactics aren't?????? Sh!t NYS doesn't let anyone make choices.....BPA ban, I can deal with that...chemistry can be manipulated....but calorie count on menus and healthcare mandates on insurance companies that back government backed pensions....GET OFF MY BACK..... |

I agree with that also, Santabarbara's legislation is for the BPA not the calorie counts |
