The latest on this is that Amedore is waiting for a ruling on Santabarbara's petition. Angelo was on the witness stand for three hours...both he and
his wife Jennifer admitted they knew that the hundreds of invalid signatures were fraudulent when they submitted them. They gathered signatures
from crowded venues in places like Albany...Troy...Gloversville...none of which are in that subdivision...and then changed the addresses of the
unconfirmed electors to addresses within the 105th AD. Both caved and admitted to all of it under oath.
While there were still enough signatures after several hundred others were invalidated, the argument advanced and now under consideration is
that since a substantial number of those signatures were fraudulently obtained, then the entire petition is permeated with fraud and should
therefore be invalidated.
The challenge was filed and heard in Albany Supreme and a ruling is now pending... |

If what you are saying is true -- I would be immensely teed off -- since I went door-to-door IN the district
collecting LEGAL signatures.
The petition sheets for Mr. Santabarbara were separate from those of Ms. Savage -- I would think that hers
would still be legal. |

I don't think Santabarbara will come out smelling like a rose. He is Savage's Kosiur. And we all know what happened in that election.  But not to worry....when Santabarbara loses, Savage will just create a patronage job of at least $80K with benefits like she did for Kosiur! Ya just can't make this stuff up!!! |

Savage's have already been invalidated by the Board of Elections...and you can bet that the Santabarbara fraud did in fact occur. |
