He is what you call "All Talk No Action" --partially b/c of the position he is in but certainly he could propose legislation and be a mouth piece in the media (which he has not been)

but your sweet precious GP has been..............

Mobile, thank you very much for your rational response, at least there are others like me who want to look at this rationally, instead of being blind puppets. As to the others that posted in here, please refrain from turning this thread into the other one. I'd actually like to hear the reasons for which George Amedore should continue to serve as an Assemblyman. Littlesal, defending Mr. Amedore by saying he is better than Parisi isn't going to cut it. I posed some legitimate issues and I'd like a response. Unless of course everyone here prefers to lie and like children, in which case I won't waste any more of my time in here.

It is impossible to think this thread can and will be any different than the other. Character, personal motives, and political motives will be a major factor in this race. AS will also play a major role.

It is also obvious that GP is hell bent on knocking GA out of the box by attempting to dirty him up a bit so AS can slide into the position. Cause GP, and everyone else knows that GP has a slim to none chance of ever winning.

So 'issues' are a moot point since the 'issues' are not GP's priority!

Draw whatever conclusions you'd like - but remember, it's your opinion.  Now, how about answering the original question?

Oooooo George voted to prohibit residents of Schenectady and Montgomery Counties from parking near the Capitol. I'm glad he's looking out for those working for the government and those wishing to go look at the architectural marvels located in Albany. Thanks George! You're the best!!!!

Grow up Spidey.  You sound like a rank ametuer and a punk-a-s-s spoiled brat who is used to getting their way at all costs.  Pretty sad when you you stick a knife in a person's back and you still have the ease to act differently in person.  I guess sociopathic behavior is common amongst your ilk.

Peeper I'm not sure I follow? You don't think it's a problem that the Assemblyman we elected to promote OUR interest in Albany voted to take away OUR right to park near the capitol? He doesn't represent Albany, he represents US. When was the last time he proposed, or did something for US?

It wasn't just that post.  You are a complete fraud and have not learned from your wayward days of the past.  You learn more from losing than you do winning and you have exposed yourself as the political idiot you really are.  Grow up and go back to chasing skirts with Ang.  It was more to your liking eh?

Wasn't this for parking on residential streets in front of residential homes? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

http://open.nysenate.gov/legislation/bill/S396

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spidey - i think you guys have jumped the shark with this one

This legislation is the equivalent of giving those people that live in rotterdam around town hall the right to park in front of their own home before somebody else.  must homes in rotterdam have off street parking, driveways, garages.  Albany apartments dont.  imagine trying to get to your apt during an event in the park. there is plenty of parking in garages in downtown albany.  If you want to go visit the architecture in albany you are just going to have to walk a little further.

GOOD VOTE GEORGE!!!!

Is that even legal? The State can't say people from other states can't park on this street, why should we let them say people from albany can park on these streets but people from Schenectady can't?

Peeps I heard you had a threesome in public and got arrested...

Getting back to Twin Oaks query-what has GA done? GA is a rookie minority REP Assemblyman. He has been a clear spokesman against more taxation, against more spending, against ninny-nanny legislation, and for more private sector jobs. Replacing him with another minority REP (with even less seniority) makes no sense.

What has Jim Tedisco who has been in office for decades accomplished? It is difficult to pass laws when the REPS control less than a third of the seats in the Assembly. If you think we need more laws, more taxes, more spending than ANG is your man. He will be another puppet for Silver like he has been for Savage. We have enough of those already.

Jim Tedisco single-handedly killed the driver's license for illegal aliens idea. Jim Tedisco got laws passed that made harming animals a crime. Jim Tedisco was vocal on the budget and gave ideas how to fix the problems.

George Amedore hasn't even PROPOSED legislation that would do anything close to what Jim Tedisco GOT DONE. To compare them is an absolute insult!
