If Murphy votes for Obamacare, I predict the GOP candidate will win without even campaigning.

WASHINGTON _ Rep. Scott Murphy, D-Glens Falls, today declared he would vote for the administration's $940 billion overhaul of the nation's health care system, saying it would shift the balance of power from insurance companies to patients and does a better job of reining in medical costs.
Murphy said the final health care package is "much more fiscally conservative" than the broader House-passed bill he opposed last November and would do a better job of reducing the explosive growth in medical costs that "our families and small businesses are facing," while still expanding insurance coverage to roughly 32 million people.
"This bill is fundamentally different than the bill we voted on last November," Murphy said, adding that while the measure "is not perfect," he feels "much better" about it.
I knew that Murphy would cave in to the pressure, he suffers from stomach trouble, no guts.

As with a major two party system, Ziegler may be the best candidate. But when a major party has their candidate already groomed for the job, there is no room for anyone else. There is very little wiggle room for independents....even if they are the best choice.

Ziegler drops GOP congressional bid, clears way for Gibson
Republican congressional candidate Patrick Ziegler has dropped out of the 20th District race and has endorsed fellow Republican Chris Gibson.
That leaves Gibson as the lone candidate left seeking the Republican and Conservative endorsements to challenge incumbent U.S. Rep. Scott Murphy, D-Glens Falls, in November.
"The time I have spent with him over the past few weeks has convinced me that he (Gibson) is the right man for the job and it will be a privilege to assist him in his congressional bid," Ziegler said in a statement.
Republican chairmen from the 10 counties in the 20th Congressional District were poised to formally endorse Gibson this afternoon.

Not at all surprised a bout Ziegler. I knew he couldn't do it. Gibson can't fill the bill either. Ziegler didn't have the fight in him. Who was touting him BL? Despite Obamacare, Murphy will win again. Gillebrand is already out there speaking on his behalf. People LIKE him.
