Tea Party Organizer Wins New York State Assembly Race


The Tea Party followers can boast about their first elected official.

Dean Murray, a 45-year-old Long Island, N.Y., businessman who organized Tea Party protests, will be sworn in as the new Republican state assemblyman representing Long Island's eastern 3rd Assembly District on Monday, after being certified the winner of a special election held last Tuesday.

Murray defeated his Democratic opponent, 28-year-old Lauren Thoden, 51 to 49 percent, making him what is believed to be the first Tea Party organizer who has attained public office. You should have seen that idiot Chris Matthews say that the tea parties were anti-women and racist last night! If they don't understand something (typical mainstream media) they deride it utterly.

I can't even watch Mathews. CNN, MSNBC and the rest are so out of touch with the 'people' it isn't even funny. I honestly can't watch any of those liberal socialist dem channels. And they clearly can't change their direction now. They would have to swallow the big 'DEFEAT' pill and acknowledge that their support for obama and crew was DEAD WRONG.

Funny isn't it, how even the obama supporters are now going through voter's remorse. They want him out!! Most of these obama supporters have left the liberal socialist democratic cable networks. FOX rules supreme and gains daily!!

I watch CNN and MSNBC (what does Savage call them? More Snotty Bolshevik Chicks or something LOL because I like to know what the left is saying and doing, as almost unbearable it is. I do this to stay on top of their nonsense. The night brown watched I completely watched MSNBC bc I got to see their sense of denial at the reality and their glum faces too. The liberals like to critique Rush and the rest but they don't listen to what he has to say at all, so being on top of both sides puts one into a better sense of their arguments, lexicon and where they are focusing their attacks. Right now, they are resorting to the "angry white racist" mode of attack and I know you will be seeing tea Party protesters be shown to include a few kooks, white supremists and neo-nazis. They will do full blown stories when they find one or two that will make the entire movement look like evil racists. I can tell you that I know these people all too well. Just like the Ok. city bombers, all right-leaning people will be painted with this brush really soon.

The Dems fear the tea party so much and don't know what to do about the movement other than attack every aspect of it and the members of the tea party. They want to try and save as many Democratic seats in Congress as they can because they know they are in big trouble with the voters.

Smells like tea in NYS! The first of many coming victories for tea party patriots.

     Unfortunately too many tea party leaders are fleeing this socialistic savage County. If anyplace needed a tea party it's this County in front of the County Building and then march to Metrograft HQ.

All ya gotta do is look at schenectady county to see what nonsense they are up to. You can see it up close and personal. Screw the other cable news channels.

The tea party movement would definitely take hold in this county IF someone had the guts and the stomach and fortitude to jump into this cesspool! And until that happens, it will remain as it is. IMHO

What did you do in Long Island?

     We had a great tea party leader in this County. He ran for County Legislator, was rejected by the imploding REPS and finished last running only on the NNTP line. Victory has many fathers-defeat is an orphan.

The reps nationwide are embracing the tea partiers. It appears everywhere except in schenectady county. The reason why the reps are gravitating to the tea partiers, is that they share the same core values. The reps have appeared to have lost these values along the way.

As far as the liberal socialist dems......they don't even know that the words 'fiscally responsibility' and 'accountability' exist. They only know, 'tax and spend' and 'big government'.

Tea Party what? The Reps purchased him.....
