I don't really have anything against EE. I guess if going to work everyday & living in Rotterdam makes you a "Hero" than I'm one too?  Why is EE any more special than the other residents of this town that were born & raised here & have served this community in one capacity or another?  Lets not forget she was getting paid by the town not just doing the job out of the goodness of her heart.

oh cookie, she has always been underpaid for alllllllllllllll those hours - you have no idea

remember after reaching the age of 70 the town board accepted her retirement  and rehired her at full pay a day later

so to make you feel better - you are paying at least twice

and to think you volunteered - shame on you

NOt exactly GB.  Some soldiers are just violent in nature and love the fight.

OMG   My grandfather was in WWII.  I wonder if he was violent by nature?  You should be ashamed of yourself boomer.  Suggesting that some in the military enlist to accommodate some violent predisposition.  I should expect this from loons like you.  But it still floors me every time I hear this crap.

In this upside down world the left would like us to live in, homosexual behavior is "natural" or "normal" but the natural instinct of fighting to protect those who refuse to fight is a disorder.  In the degenerate liberal world, homosexuality is to be honored and our brave soldiers are to be pitied or disgraced.

Cis--don't turn this around into another conversation.  BS--my father fought in WWII and he was the most gentle human being ever.  That was a very different war.  And we were attacked in that war--we didn't start it.  Iraq is a far cry from WWII.  Our brave soldiers then and now don't need to be pitied.  But the kids today do need to be understood.  This country has done them no favor.  You should be ashamed for suggesting otherwise.  Talk to some soldiers from WWII and now maybe you could learn a lesson.  My good friend also was in the Korean War and he lives today with the memory of being involved in a terrible massacre.  Talk to Ed Tick a psychoanalyst who brings Viet Nam vets back to Viet Nam so they can have some reconciliation in their lives.  His organization is called a Soldiers Heart.  He will tell you that war kills the soul of these young patriots.

As for homosexuality--I missed your point.

Boom - So when did our military transition from a 100% peace loving soldiers, to the current military where some of our soldiers are "violent by nature"?  You're a lunatic Boomer.  You make no sense.  Soldiers don't decide when or where they are deployed to war. POLITICIANS DO!!!!  There is no such thing as "very different war" to a soldier.  Soldiers are deployed to kill the enemy that our elected officials deem to be the enemy.  Whether it be - Iraqi, Afghani, German, Jap, Italian, Russian, Korean, Vietnamese. It doesn't matter to the soldier.  By the way boomer, Germany didn't attack us - Japan did.  Korea didn't attack us either.

That is why politicians that thrust themselves into the spotlight(Eunice) on the day the we are supposed to be honoring our fallen soldiers is a disgrace.  The fact that it is being politicized to save the reputation of a disgraced politician is proof that our politicians are out of touch.

As for the homosexual reference.  I was showing the contrast of liberal idealism, by pointing out that the constant diatribe coming out of those on the left, dishonoring and victimizing, or calling those who honorably serve their country "violent by nature".  While glorifying homosexual behavior as "natural" and push for homosexual marriage, and anybody who doesn't believe that is a homophobe.  Tell me boomer, would your fathers generation have held your same ideals?

I read it is the town clerks responsibility to keep the town code

Upon recent inspection the ecode360 is out of date

Thank You Eunice for your Services to the Taxpayers on this Subject

It bothers me more than anything when i see someone pull into a handicap spot and walk out of the car without a problem, crutch, cane, walker, or wheelchair.  It bothers me more now that I can see EE's name on the tags hanging in the car windows and they dont expire till 2014....

Not all disabled people have crutches, walkers or wheelchairs. Some people have breathing/lung or heart conditions that prevent them from walking long distances. Some people just had surgery. There are other disabilities that require handicapped tags other than those with crutches, walkers and wheel chairs.

There are also the deviants that will actually use a friend or family members tag just to get a closer parking space.

Those that have them that just plan shouldn't.......that's a legal issue. Let the legal minds and the government authorities deal with it.

Thank you for helping me make my point peep.  To my point of liberal argument.  If you support traditional marriage, it either means you are gay or you are a hate mongering homophobe.  Thanks again pee-pee, I couldn't have staged it better.

Like I said earlier....if you don't agree with them, they attack out of embarrassment and stupidity due to lack of an intelligent respond. ND, at the last tb meeting was a prime example of this kind of behavior. A private citizen didn't agree and Ms.ND went on the attack and made an embarrassment out of herself.

It's all they know. It's all they do. Liberalism is a mental disorder.

Unfortunately, as a rep of the town of Rotterdam, she made an embarrassment of the entire town.

Just wait till her temper REALLY flares and the gutter language starts back up.  Tho, she's done a HALFWAY decent job of controlling that language so far, it will come out, trust me - it's just her nature.
