PG--nobody criticized BL because it was before the Jekyl and Hyde routine.

You are criticizing an information technology contract...should I respond with information about water main breaks?  No...that would be off topic, and make no sense.

Point is, the residents of Rotterdam could give 2 $hit's about an updated website.  As you can see, nobody was aware it was updated, and what's even more telling, the residents are not aware that it's not being used.

A no-bid contract awarded to a sitting town board republican's company for a service town residents aren't aware they needed.  Ethical?

Running water - Needed!

The website WORKED well, and I doubt it was done "immorally." What were we talking about again?  Oh yeah, Brad.  Same old politician.  And mark my words, Amedore will get some BS endorsement of some BS minor party with Brad involved.  That's PG's thanks for sticking up for Brad on the board.  And I'm sure, as usual, PG will make out well for it!

I can't speak for GA or PG but I don't see George worrying about other minor party lines. He only won by more than 10,000 votes last time! I'm sure the Dems know they cannot beat him and some token of a candidate will be put up against him.

You are talking about a gift certificate and it doesn't bother you that a large gov't contract was rewarded to a company owned by another member of that same board. Whether the amount paid was a good deal or not (I don't know if it was above or below the going rate) the RIGHT thing to do was bid it out to ensure transparency. Desperation does strange things to people. LOL, gift certificates........

Yep, my favorite quote was KR's:  Rhinesmith denied Pascarella’s claim. “That is not true and he has no basis for that whatsoever,” she said. “We have been doing this for a long time and we have financed all of our efforts ourselves. Conservatives will dig into their own pockets to fund a cause.”

LOL, I'd like to see who paid Spargo.... I'm sure KR paid thousands of dollars for Spargo and 5 county wide mailings! LOL. Hey Brad, do you know who paid for this stuff?

Earlier, no one criticized Brad. Now many of you are cursing him. What did he do to deserve that? He bought someone a gift certificate a week before Christmas who volunteered countless hours to his campaign. Election Law Violation? You have got to be kidding. LOL, now that is desperate.

When I mentioned Republican support in my previous post I was referring to their encouragement about what we were doing, and
their expressed desire for our success...I also explained that understandable position. You are obviously someone sympathetic to
the Dem/union faction of our Party, as only they could remained so obsessed with these things all this time...still demanding answers,
from Brad! If Brad's answers are as accurate as his assessments of everyone's intentions and motives, you'll be doing this for another
year and a half. But you'd better ask him while he's hot...he knows everything right now.
You make a valid point on that gift certificate thing...they can't be serious. It was not a Christmas thing and I only mentioned it as it
related to the larger point I was trying to make. I guess some missed it!

I do not need to be sympathetic to any Party. I have my own opinions and some of them change while I gather further information about issues and candidates. I do not vote along party lines. Anyone who votes Rep or Dem all the time seems mindless to me.

Well I guess the cat is out of the bag. KR is gadfly....and alleykat is some cheap knockoff.

Kelly - While I support most of what you are saying, I must say that your support of some
people in this last election such as Eunice and not Lynn Fiorillo is disappointing. While you
may be "good" friends with that particular Dem, you really should have done more home-
work before you put in your 100% of support for her.

I have said in my past posts that the NNTP were a little too rogue for me.  I am sorry to the
people in the NNTP, I didn't get it then and I just don't get it now.  While I believe that no new
taxes would be wonderful, I have to believe that it a fantasy, especially when the state doesn't have
two nickles to rub together.

Also, Mr. Santabarbaras choice of turning into a Democrat may not last.  I guess we will see.

I did support Lynn...and I'm sure she would confirm that. Eunice did ask me very early on to help her with the production of her
lawn signs...just to lay them out in a program acceptable to the manufacturer she was using...things involved in that process.
My involvement ended when the signs were shipped to Eunice, before they arrived at her door.
As for Angelo, I don't know what will happen with him...I just hope he'll be OK.

Who cares about KR.........never saw her on a ballot line.....as for Brad.....he did ruffle feathers.....the rest of the fish in the bowl couldn't swim in the usual circles......and it IS bigger than Brad.....
the anger or whatever ya'll want to call it has absolutely nothing to do with Brad---in my eyes......or anyother politician talked about....not personally anyhow......it's the system...

always has been and always will be.......and we continue to just sit back and re-elect our lawmakers......I think the lingo has us so far removed from what we are actually doing when we vote that
we have gotten lost in the wet paper bag......

we are electing lawmakers.....most of them lawyers or just some 'big fish' in town........

Here’s a good one ~ I heard that Santabarbara found out about Jerry funneling money to a certain law firm that he has a special interest in and billing it out as an outside firm.  Angelo found out that the Dems contacted the NY comptroller’s office and are requesting a follow-up review of the legal services that were paid for by the town and if they are appropriate or not ~ because apparently it wasn’t voted on by the board and he hid it as a secret from the board ~ Dems gave Ang a safe way out the back door to show his disassociation to Parisi when the $hit hits the fan ~ and Angelo took it.

Not sure you can blame the guy ~ if this is true ~ could be a problem.

So are we suppose to 'feel bad' for ang? Come on....he changes parties cause he doesn't want to get caught in the cross fire? I highly doubt that. He had his own 'liberal' agenda in mind, clearly NOT the taxpayers of rotterdam. Unless of course ang was also a key player in this alleged funneling of money?

Instead of exposing....he jumps ship???? Come on!
