the ruling is where? if one is conservative, one knows the answer to this.......

The ruling by the activist judges in '73 was NO WHERE in the Constitution. Original constitutionalists know this, and know killing has nothing to do with privacy.

It should never be before a judge.....and that is NOT the ruling I am talking about......remove the conversation from the government's table....
it is between MD's/girls/guys/parents etc.......It's just funny how taking chemicals(accepted as ok) into a females body is the only form of 'responsibility'..
those chemicals are dangerous---look them up....so slowly killing a person based on society's ability to 'stomach it' is okay?....again, as the penis turns

the abortion issue is not the issue,,,it is a non-issue, not to be ruled on or voted on.....it just is,,,just as we all, just are doing what we have been
doing for millions of years, married or unmarried, sober or drunk, rich or poor, educated or uneducated.......I'd say we haven't come that far baby....
we just have more 'toys'.......

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

LEGALIZED abortion causes more babies to die - around 50 million since Roe, SO FAR. Abortion should be illegal.

Now the left wants Obama/Pelosi/Reidcare to use Federal dollars to pay for abortions. They are call abortion "health."

look and see behind the curtain of silence.....these numbers are only available because they are now 'registered' abortions...
folks dont honestly believe that the likes of Paris Hilton/GE execs/Clintons/Bushs etc have NEVER had a family member with a
'discreet' abortion???? Really now......I dont think folks enjoy that kind of personal delusion about human nature......although I'm
not 'professional' in the study of human nature all one has to do is to see and hear instead of just looking and listening.....
everyone knows that if there is $$ available and the desire to obtain(just like drugs, legal/illegal along with anything else)
trade will happen, it always has and always will........the moral issue of abortion is just THAT personal.....we dont need the government
to make it legal/illegal---it just exists.....and always will.....it's probably one of the oldest forms of society's secrets...like
prostitution........

the government just kind of made it 'equal' for those with less money to afford a 'discreet' abortion.....National healthcare doesn't
include everyone....because those with $$$$$$ will still obtain what they want when they want.........

again abortion is THAT personal,,,,,and the numbers are obfuscated......

Do you HONESTLY believe that there were 1.3 million abortions each year before Roe???? (eyeroll)

"Death by Privacy
Emanations, penumbras, and bad law.

EDITOR'S NOTE: This article is an excerpt from Men in Black: How the Supreme Court Is Destroying America. (Citations and other notes appear in the book, though not in this excerpt.)

”Our nationwide policy of abortion-on-demand through all nine months of pregnancy was neither voted for by our people nor enacted by our legislators — not a single state had such unrestricted abortion before the Supreme Court decreed it to be national policy in 1973.” — Ronald Reagan, 1983

Today, legalized abortion is the law of the land because the Supreme Court decided in 1973 that its recently created constitutional right to privacy also included a new constitutional right to abortion. If you look in the Constitution, however, you will find no general “right to privacy” any more than you will find a right to abortion — and for good reason: It’s not there. The framers assumed no general right to privacy because, to state the obvious, criminal and evil acts can be committed in privacy. Criminal codes are full of such examples — from murder to incest to rape and other crimes. "

excerpt http://www.nationalreview.com/levin/levin200503140754.asp

Mark Levin is a constitutional expert. Read his book, Men and Black, and listen to his show on WGY 10 - midnight, weekdays.

btw, Levin's recent book, Liberty and Tyranny" sold over a million copies so far.

you have just proved my reasoning-----IT DOESN'T MATTER.........and I believe that 1.3million is much higher......
just like sex predators.....the government also knew that human nature is not to be molded by the government(it's the church's job)
so when the government is run by the likes of Bushes/Hiltons/Kennedys/Spitzers etc......who actually is there to be 'Jesus'

BTW---what are you going to do with the 'my baby's daddy'??? Make him a eunuch........but, I guess it just doesn't matter as long as the baby is here

the problem is LONG before the abortion.....abortion is NOT the problem or the 'crime'........in or out of law.........

Unless I misunderstood you, your reasoning seems to be that since abortions will happen anyway, we should just make it legal.

Maybe we should make robbing banks legal, as well, because people will rob banks anyway, right?

The dad should have to do his part financially, and hopefully will also give his child love.

Many fathers are broken hearted that the abortionist killed their baby for money, did you know that?

Plus many mothers regret their abortions later.

It should never be a conversation...it's between the woman/man/God/parents/doctor.........the government needs to stay out....
how about 'forced sterilization' of men/women to prevent abortion???....the conversation IS NOT about abortion....

and some DONT
some 'my baby's daddy' regret when there is an abortion and some DONT

women are made to think they HAVE to take on the baby....
men can run around like spizer/woods/clinton etc and it's all called--'boys will be boys' and the sponsors come back to them.....

Lazio picks up support of 4 more GOP leaders
2010-01-30 09:38:36

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) -- Republican candidate for governor Rick Lazio is picking up the support of four more Republican leaders as he prepares for an important session Monday with Conservative Party leaders.

Republican committee leaders from Brooklyn, the Bronx, Westchester and Rockland are now endorsing Lazio, the former congressman from Long Island.

Lazio is scheduled to speak to state Conservative Party leaders on Monday in Colonie.

Republicans rely on the Conservative Party vote to win statewide office in New York -- where Democrats have a 2-to-1 enrollment advantage.

Lazio has also secured the endorsement of several Conservative Party leaders at the county level.

He is the only announced Republican candidate for governor.

apples and oranges.....

do you think foster care is the least we can do?

BTW the news is full of folks who have procreated then shook their baby or the kid just disappeared later on.....I wonder what those stats are
not to mention the missing/abducted kids.....

I think I will find a way to compare the numbers of aborted to the numbers of abused/missing/abducted........That number would have to be close to 1.3mil/year
