PDQ--YES you get it!  Wonderful post.  Craig Surprise is rude and obnoxious and was particularly rude to
one of our Italian immigrants living in Rotterdam.  Of course now that I know more about him and his work manners, this was not a "surprise."

Sal, when you change your identity on a blog, you need to change more than just one letter! Who do you think you are fooling?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

LOL-GB! Another case of multiple personality disorder?

By the way is Mr. Surprise any worse than the KRATS Mr. Patrick Mastro in the City? He's rude to eveeryone not just fellow pisanos. Let me know when Rotterdam has a farce appeal day like the disgrace over there. Than Lady Madonna{former Liberal party "leader"/head of the appeal bored} defends the boorish, arrogant abuse to taxpayers.

I can't defend the assessor personally because I have heard lots of complaints from people AS IN THE CITY, so I won't. But when you medal with his work by attempting to intervene on behalf of a taxpayer then you are returning to the day of olde in Rotterdam, and THAT is not going to happen. There are other avenues. The Supervisor or anyone else can' "tell him" to lower someone's taxes.

GB ~ That's why the Republicans are doomed.  It already has happened and Godlewski and the Dems are going to blow this wide open.  Tommasone and Jerry (ha, another Tom & Jerry), won't have an answer for what Godlewski is going to bring to the public eye.  Godlewski wins, not because he's any great public servant, but because he's not afraid to expose the corruption or what some would consider to be corruption.  Republicans won't be able to run away from Tom & Jerry fast enough and your buddy Surhada and his running mate will get caught in the crossfire.

Dems are loving the fact that you guys are a mess and the business community is fully behind DelGallo and WHOEVER he needs in office to make things work.  What was Howdy Doody's saying about money being the mother's milk or something like that?  As pointed out in an earlier post, every uncontested Dem in Schenectady County is on assignment to wipe out any Republicans in Rotterdam.

You might think that Surhada can withstand the oncoming windstorm, guess again.  JS barely squeeked out a win on the county level and winning the Republican primary is no huge accomplishment as Mertz was already toast.  Although, both Joe S's better pray that Mertz doesn't continue to take over 20% of the Republican vote, because if so they are cooked.

Remember, Signore lost by one vote.  No New Tax Party guys will sway the entire election, no two ways about it.

...yeah, they might as well all resign now and turn over the town, save the Democrats all that money they got from the developers and powerful families.

hey, does anyone know what happened to the working families party lines?

Here's what happened. The DEMS swept again. Like everywhere else. This gives many DEMS a 4th line while the REPS are on one.

Funny in Nisky where SS Savage finished dead last in the CONS primary. Too bad Howdy Doody is flying a white flag in all County/City races. Run nobody and let DEMS flood into town because they have no other race to worry about? Only in Rotterdam.

Mazel Tov to Benny Salami who accurately depicts Holly Vellano as to what she is a CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN who has somehow manged to romance foolish Schenectady County Democrats into believing she wants
to be a Democrat again.  She is STILL not registered as a Democrat and she does not pass the Democrat
philosophy test.

Oh I don't think she romanced them.......The dems/cons romanced her. Shame on the dems, cons and vell1

Conservative Republican? lol. Those are extinct as a dodo bird in this County. We can only pray that changes take place that allow fiscal CONS to run again on the REP line.

I accurately predicted Del Gallo and Holly V would win. Whoever wins the important CONS line has a leg up in November. Some of you need to ask Holly V why she left the REPS. It has more to do with Howdy Doody and less to do with a couple of Joes. Cal is right about town politics. Some better curtail your victory laps because a DEM tidal wave is fast approaching.

Anyone who knows Holly V knows she left because of Buchannan... and the Repubs continue to allow him
to continue on even though several candidates continue to leave the party and Dems are running
unopposed across the county. The Republican Party is officially a joke, I'm sad to say!

Well if your suggestion that the Dems romanced her is correct, that reflects even more negatively on her.
One more opportunity for her to show that she is not  what she would like others to believe.
And it makes Brian Quayle look incompetent as well as those Dems who have welcomed her into their nest.
Unethical and disingenuous are not synonymous terms.  How sad when one could use both adjectives to
describe one's personality.

And the DEMS are laughing all the way to the bank. The DEMS want Howdy Doody to keep "leading".
