There is a thread some where on this board that had an article maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago about worked hours being decreased to keep from cutting jobs.....so....what's the difference?
GE had to 'compromise' to get the battery plant here....and has a decrease in their taxes SI has a PILOT yet decreases worked hours to keep jobs
