According to the Capital District Realtors-Schenectady County housing prices TANKED 10% more than any other county in the Capital District! But this is a national problem? Really? Down 10% while Montgomery went up. Home buyers are avoiding record Schenectady COUNTY taxes in droves.

Don't let Mass fool you. Just like Fla.. They say there are no taxes....but just see what ya pay to register your car! SHOCKING! I realize that Fla. has a great tourist industry, but all states make up their costs through taxation in different areas.
