Everyone is hunkered down today.  The mud is flying, the REPS are in all out damage control and not a word was spoken the church bells all were broken. And the three men I admire most the father, son and the holy ghost...they caught the last train for the coast...the day the music died.  So Bye Bye Mr Tommasone, Drove his jeep to the heap but the heap was toxic, them good old boys (Signore and Suhrada) were drinkin Whisky and Rye singin this will be the day that I die...this will be the day that I die.  PuddyCat circa 2009   HeHe

If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive.

Pretty good Puddy but leave the song parodies to the experts.

Just saw a new poll that is a real eye opener. Brian McGarry is running stronger than anyone would have predicted. All the attacks by the major parties and idiotic mailers have only helped McGarry.

Try telling us why we should re-elect you-what are your positive accomplishments? If any. The NNTP has been walking every night to a very warm reception.

Picked up my mail today. Thank you Nicky D. for the delicious sauce recipe! This is what we need not a discussion of the issues?

Puddy--If the Reps are out doing damage control that can only lead to more damage.  They should give up the ship now.  No leadership here.  They need a little "cat nip" Puddy--They've got no mo.  FDG has got this race.  ST can only keep going negative because there is nothing to run on.  Town Hall is in a mess.

Surprise will need to exit--stage right....the stage will go to black.  Curtain is coming down.  The end of a horror show.

Calling all interested parties---Just got the phone call about who would I vote for in Rotterdam>  I questioned them as well since they didn't mention Brian McGarry's name.  They said they didn't have it.  I asked WHO was doing this survey and they guy said REPUBLICANS.  Now wouldn't you think they would be afraid of Brian McGarry.  What dopes.

Just heard that the NNTP's Mike O'Connor is mailing out his mom's Irish soda bread recipe.

Now you can make the bread and mop it up with the sauce.

Yeah, I bet they all in bunkers, etc, etc. Keep dreaming.

DelGallo merits praise for his work ethic

Re Oct. 15 article, “Harsh words over debate”: I could not help but feel vexed at today’s current state of local (as well as all) politics. [Rotterdam GOP committee chairman] Gerard Parisi’s questioning of Frank DelGallo’s education and literacy is a slap in the face to any man or woman who has ever toiled for a living, sweating to back-breaking, callus-making labor. Many brilliant, industrious people had to forsake a formal education to simply sustain themselves.
Give me an honest, practical dirt farmer over a silver-tongued sycophant any day. The people want a “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” type, not some Harvard elitist who never worked a day in his life, capriciously neutralizing his constituents with unrealistic, self-serving, utopian ideologies.

Well I never imagined Frank as Jefferson Smith, because Jeff Smith filibusters the Senate after being accused of a crooked deal. That means he gets up and speaks for those of you are ain't silver tongued sycophants... Furthermore, if Frank IS Jeff Smith, who plays Senator Paine and Boss Taylor? Does Ms. DiLeva remind anyone of Jean Arthur?

Obviously the man never saw the flick...Frank Capra is one of my favorite directors, even though me is just a poor dirt farmer mahself.

May the force be with you.......the old guard is shrinking and unless we have forward momentum instead of these
school yard brawls....those left will be left eating stale bread, and the world and their town will be moldy too.....JMHO
