The letter from Mr. Trachtenberg must have been written as an attempt at humor.
Fred Dicker was discussing this letter this morning on his radio show on WGDJ 1300. He reported that a listener relayed to him that the message forums were lively with discussion on this topic and criticism at the suggestion.
I wonder if this guy sent this into the gazette too. Perhaps the gazette knew that the people of the city would have thought it was a mistake and should have been placed in the comic section!!!
