Yep.  State budget deliberation time.

The CSEA plans to congregate at the Times Union Center tomorrow and then march on the State Capitol where they will complain that they are underpaid and demand that they not be asked to tighten their belts while the taxpayers are losing their jobs, their homes, and their savings.

Buses will ship thousands to Albany from faraway places.  CSEA union dues at work.  We're all in this together.  Some people don't seem to realize that.
