"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Back to the actual topic.  I went to the County Legislature meeting this evening.  I did speak out regarding this legislation, however, I was not able to stick around to hear what the vote was on it.  I will say that I expect that it passed unanimously, or at least close to it.  I hope to catch the rebroadcast of the legislature meeting on Channel 16.

“This grant will increase access to our beautiful trail system for all county residents to enjoy,” said Susan Savage, the county Legislature’s chairwoman in a statement released Tuesday. “More importantly the new access point will improve the safety of this trail.”
Rotterdam, the county and the Metroplex Development Authority will also contribute funds to the project. Rotterdam approved a $5,000 contribution in December, with the county following suit by promising $3,500 through in-kind services; Metroplex is providing the remaining $10,460 needed for the project.
Parks spokesman Dan Keefe said his office recommended the grant ...........>>>>............>>>>............http://www.dailygazette.net/De.....2&Continuation=1
