you have to respect him as the harderst worker on the force plus the know how to get the things done working with others well. I know Judy will help Rotterdam as she quietly always does to keep the taxes down. Her and Angelo will get the job done to help our PD and you can bet that Dom will win big over here as I said before with all endorsements if the people in power are smart. Rotterdam will hear the dirt on Lazzari like his mother Carolina had dirt on her

I have said that I know and like Dom well and have agreed that he is the best candidate to be the sherriff as anyone who works with the sherriff over there will twll you check the men in blue who work down in the jail and they will be unamimous to be for Dom and I told him a long time ago that he should get it and now look at that. Also all the parties must indeed back him 100% if they are smart and they will do it. they have to. HAving the mopther on the legialture will get the department well funded and fixed of any problems so you now have a 1 -2 punch for Rotterdam people over here now to.

Sal was half right. Dom will be picked by the accidental Gov as interim Sheriff and them Joe Lazarri will run against him in November. A fill-in Gov picking a fill-in Sheriff. Only in NY. Sal was right on about Dom getting the necessary approval. Will see about the rest of his spiel in November. By then hard realty will seep in.

This anti-Democratic idea that all the parties have to endorse one person is going nowhere. Can't believe that no one in the Sheriff's Department wants to step up. The deal remains more sacred than any person in this County.

can not  be picked as  interim sheriff.....he does not  retire from rotterdam until  late 2009

I would have thought that there would be more than enough qualified people to choose right from the department itself.

Sal, he claimed Caroline Lazzari was Joe Lazzari's mother

All this BS about Sal being a prophet.... If I recall correctly he said that Dagostino was going to be undersheriff or a "Deputy Sheriff".  The comment was made before Buffardi had
plans to leave>  I dont remember him saying Dagostino will be Sheriff.    Anyway, I agree with ya Sal...  All of the parties should endorse Dagostino.  He is
the best candidate for the position.  As far as running against Lazarri......don't think so Benny.  I don't think Joe is going to run a race with only the Independence line..Do you?    I think he can better serve elsewhere.

PS   No relation between Carolina (newly enrolled Conservative) and Joe Lazarri (newly enrolled Independence Party).

Joe Lazzari will have 2 lines in November Ind-GOP. So much for everyone cross endorsing Sal's buddy. Krats are really afraid of a contested election.  The gig is up. People are figuring out that this is the worst run County in NYS from Veterans to DSS. From Metrograft to the Library. Joe is not Carolina's son they are about the same age. One of the dumbest stuna posts ever.  Some prophet! More like a blind pig find an accidental acorn.
