cut investment in unproven missle defense systems. He means the one that they just used to shoot down the satellite so we could more control where it fell from space to a landing, right? And remember how good things were back in the Clinton years? How was that done? By cutting the military...and look where it got us now. We didn't have enough time to restrengthen our military before we were attacked.
