I'm really getting aggravated with Subway on Altamont Ave.  Their posted hours say they close at 10pm ... I was there at 8:30, the place was completely dark - not a soul around.  This isn't the first time - but I can tell ya it'll be the last time I go there unless they get their act together.

I've had nothing but bad luck at that shop. They're notoriously out of different breads by 7pm or so (one night they'll be out of white, next its wheat, etc) - close whenever they feel like it. What a PITA.

I turned around and went to Subway at 5-Corners.  Out of bacon for a Turkey bacon sub, out of seafood salad. To insult us further, their price for a 12" Tuna sub is $6.49 - that's high enough - but it's the same price for a seafood crab - IF they had it.  I left totally disgusted.

Where's a good place to get subs around here? I always liked Subway (I liked quiznos too till they closed shop) - but lately their local service is horrible.

Isn't there another Subway in the Price Chopper Plaza on Altamont?  Maybe you could try there. I personally am not a fan of Subway. I mean they are "ok" but I usually get my subs from pizza shops. And it all depends on individual tastes on where you would go.

Try Center Stage Deli on Hamburg...they make REAL sandwiches, and the people who own it and work in there are great.

I am not sure...we usually go around noon time.  You could call and ask.  Good luck!

I've had the same thing happen at 5 corners.  I've shown up 15 minutes before closing time and they were all closed, not serving anymore customers.

I sent a complaint to Doctors Associates - the owners of the Subway Franchise system. Let's see if we get a reply.

Good for you Mobile. And yes I did forget about Center Stage. Their food is 'the real thing'. I don't know how late they are open since I have only been there for lunch.
