How much do you want to bet that there's an answer to the audit on the Albany County "ghost tickets" before we get results on ANY type of Metroplex audit that's been asked to be done for quite some time?  The Albany Council requested Mr. Dinapoli look into the tickets yesterday, while the Metroplex was asked some time ago.
