My my my The house was never knocked down. There was a large addition put on the front of this property. The owner, Ernie Rau met with GAR, filed a grievence and received no reduction. Another case of a "bitter" taxpayer not wanting to pay their fair share. Cmon Bumblemertz you need something better than that to jusify a million dollar lawsuit and your reduction.
