I refuse to have any conversations with MC1 here or anywhere because he-she insulted members of my family on this website and has fabricated a bunch of lies about me. If he-she or you or anybody else can't deal with that -- too bad.
There you go with that rampant projection again...
I'm sure BT, along with myself and many other members of this forum could easily live without your attempts to carry on a discussion about anything.
The "dirty diaper gang" of Kelly, MT, MC, et al --- are still crying in their sippy cups because REMS was awarded the contract. Waaah Waaah Waaah.

Hmmm, since when is stating FACTS---facts obtained from government records, PUBLIC information BY LAW---an insult?????
So, once again, DV is opposed to transparancy in goverment. He obviously believes that public information of property records, salaries, pensions, etc is an insult to his family.
And we all know he doesn't have a job, that is fact. And a NORMAL roughly 50ish year old man would be matiure and independent, either owning one's own home or renting an apartment by himself. And such a mature adult man would NOT be playing on the computer in the wee hours of the morning either, such a man would be sleeping during the night and getting up to go to his job during the day. OK, maybe some would work at night and sleep during the day. And any NORMAL adult man who CLAIMS to have invested wisely and thus has a next egg would also own his own home (or rent an apartment).
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
And any NORMAL adult man who CLAIMS to have invested wisely and thus has a next egg would also own his own home (or rent an apartment).
You'd think - if nothing else than to take advantage of the tax deductions his buddies hand out. But then again, there's maintenance and he'd have to pay someone to do repairs, upkeep, etc.
A "normal person" would not continuously stalk another person and continuously spread lies and insults -- but then the "he-she earthworm" and the "guy pretending to be catholic" have proven themselves to be abnormal over and over again.

Ambulance provider set to pay town $39K for 2009 ALS billing John Purcell 08/05/11
Past advanced life support billing of Rotterdam Emergency Medical Services isn’t going to yield the six-digit payout some town officials hoped to see.
Rotterdam Supervisor Frank Del Gallo said at a recent Town Board meeting that negotiations with REMS for past ALS billings in 2009 totaled only around $39,000, according to financial documentation provided by REMS.
Board members had believed the payback would be about $100,000 for the year because REMS has predicted to reach a similar figure in their proposal to be the ambulance provider for the town.
Now, Del Gallo is telling board members not to expect $100,000 to be received in annual revenue from ALS billing revenue.
“They did drop off the paper work to back it up somewhat, which I had copies and gave to all the board members to see if they have problems with it,” said Del Gallo after the meeting. “They are concerned it should be more money, but the numbers are what they are. … It comes from a collection agency so it isn’t something they made up. It is what is there.”
Messages to REMS’ lawyer, Terry Hannigan, for comment on ALS negotiations were not returned. Peter Brodie, a consultant for REMS, directed questions about ALS negations to Hannigan.
Del Gallo said during the meeting the board should further negotiate the 2009 “debt to the town” and Councilwoman Nicola DiLeva said she wasn’t pleased with REMS’ proposed payback.
“I can tell you right now I am not too happy with this,” said DiLeva about the ALS figure. “We’ve had REMS in here, we’ve had Mohawk in here, and they have both said $100,000 to $150,000 that they will pay back to Rotterdam.”
REMS has consistently said it would deliver $100,000 in ALS revenue each year, said DiLeva, so the $39,000 wasn’t acceptable to her.
“I want to see the $100,000 to $150,000 that they have been saying for the past two years,” said DiLeva.
She said REMS officials said they would go out of business without have a tax district, but it has continued to operate. REMS officials have said in the past the not-for-profit is focused on maintaining a sustainable business model with more effort placed on collecting bill payments.
“I can tell you $39,000 didn’t save them … $39,000 is ridiculous,” said DiLeva.
Del Gallo restated REMS was the “lowest bidder” for the ambulance service provided to the town so it was chosen over Mohawk Ambulance Service.
“If somebody wants to sell you something, a car or any job or any sort of business, it is called sales,” said Del Gallo. “They could tell you anything they want to tell you, but facts are facts.”
DiLeva said for months Del Gallo has told the board and public that REMS owed hundreds of thousands of dollars. Del Gallo said he and Deputy Supervisor Robert Godlewski were the only two board members to force a vote for the ambulance service provider of the town.
“I’ll give you the paperwork, and you prove there is more money there and you’ll get it,” said Del Gallo to DiLeva. “I don’t think you’re going to get a $100,000 a year from anybody.”
REMS previously stated the company collected around $10,000 a month in ALS revenue, said DiLeva, which is how they came up with the estimated revenue. According to information provided by REMS during their presentation to the board in May, there were 2,443 calls received in 2009 and of those calls 975 were ALS transports. In 2010, their numbers rose to 2,835 calls with 1,027 of those being ALS transports.............................>>>>.......................>>>>....................http://www.spotlightnews.com/news/view_news.php?news_id=1312574704
And since the budget that ND proposed/passed included als monies that rems promised, there will probably be a tax increase coming for rotterdamians......no?

REMS also stated in their "presentation" that it "didn't matter" how much they collected for ALS service they do not provide when asked what they were generating from these revenues....that it changes "YEAR TO YEAR"....they have been collecting the ALS fees for YEARS and FDG is "negotiating" 2009 ONLY?
FDG and his sidekick Godlewski are not qualified by any standard to conduct anything that even resembles the full audit in order...and the new politically appointed Comptroller presents an obvious conflict that smacks of impropriety.
REMS also claimed that they were now "running REMS as a business"...yet the shady procedures continue. What "business" solicits donations from the public to fund their "business"? It is my understanding they scammed the public out of $35,000 in "donations" from their recent "fundraiser" through the mail.
You can bet that Tony J has been in hiding for the purpose of attempting to escape his role in this scam that he created when he was elected to the Town Board way back in 2001....and that he has been assisting these crooks in their attempt to cover up their theft....he is in fact a co-conspirator... along with the Supervisor and three other Board Members perpetuating this gigantic, organized rip off.
They will all be scurrying for cover....Wayne Calder is now making it a frequent point to mention his abstention from the REMS contract vote...reminding everyone every time it comes up that "I [he] didn't vote for REMS".
The only question at his point is who has been rigging their books for them???? They CLAIMED they had no records...all of a sudden they can produce a convenient figure that will prevent their demise...they know that if they were made to repay ALL of the stolen money they could never repay it and it would be the end of REMS for sure.
REMS has "said" a lot of things...only to contradict their own statements time and time again....no wonder their attorney refuses to comment...he won't even claim "they did nothing wrong" as Salamone used to do before he wisely withdrew from this scandal.
It's all fun and games until the Feds investigate for improper/fraudulent practices.....which if done will show exactly what was 'free' and what was not 'free'......
the OLD FOLKS ambulance ride is already paid for by medicare...get off my back if you cant manage your company....
