Gadfly--you are too harsh. And did Dagostino do this while she was still a Rep or a Dem? Having grown up in Rotterdam the politics, the people, and the players haven't changed much. Glad I have been gone for so long. The short stint I spend in Rotterdam each week is enough for me.
Call it what you like....the truth hurts. Judy was a Republican when she did this...as was DeLorenzo...how else could they swindle the proceeds from the REPUBLICAN CLUB?? They are both Demokratz now, but what difference does it make which Party she was with during this scheme? You are right about one thing...the Dagostinos haven't changed one bit...and they never will. |

Tom DeLorenzo - and this is the person they want to give the illegal zone change too???
This is a disgrace. Judy Dagostino and her band of greedy thieves basically steal that property from the Republican Club under the guidance of a snake otherwise
known as Tom DeLorenzo...and the elite few walk away with hundreds of thousands of dollars for a property in which they never invested a dime.
Now they force taxpayers to completely underwrite the re-purchase of the same land with public money in the form of local taxes and an obviously
huge tax break for the same seller they bought it from in the first place...and of course they expect no criticism because after all it's for the kids...the same kids they didn't think twice about when they took those fields out from under them.
What a bunch of thugs....taxpayer rapists.

She was thinking about the poor kids when she sold the land and their baseball fields and left them with no where to play ball. The main motive in that move was greed and selfishness IMHO. |

Kelly is twisting the truth .. to try to make Mrs. Dagostino look bad. This is not the first time that Kelly has done a hatchet job on someone ... and it would not be the first time that Kelly had legal action taken against her to stop her actions.

Our beloved Rotterdam needs no help in acquiring a bad name, lack of sewers, infrastructure in need of replacing, water drainage problems, and spot zoning everywhere you look all help to earn it's bad name. |
